Amar’e Stoudemire Gives Lock-Out ‘Middle Finger’, Picks Up Acting Gigs

Amar’e Stoudemire, power forward for the New York Knicks is taking a more proactive approach to dealing with the NBA Lockout. 29-year-old Stoudemire has been playing baskeball since his high school years so this lockout is undoubtedly a shake up in his usual routine. But rather than sit on his ass and pout, the Florida native has guest starred on a couple of shows to keep himself busy. Earlier this year he appeared on the award-winning Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, Entourage and kid’s show Sesame Street with fellow basketball star Carmelo Anthony. His latest stint will be on TV Land’s The Exes where he plays Kristen Johnston’s love interest and word is the two are set to kiss on screen. The episode will air in February.
