Jennifer Hudson To Testify in Family’s Murder Case

The latest issue of Star magazine has revealed that 30-year-old singer/actress Jennifer Hudson will have to testify as a witness in court against William Balfour in February. Balfour, who is Hudson’s brother-in-law, is the man accused of murdering Hudson’s family in 2008 (Hudson’s mother, brother and nephew were killed).
