Thug Life :: Did Evelyn Lozada Illegally Hide Money For Ex-Fiance?

One would think that nothing juicy, in the world of entertainment, would jump off on Christmas, but I guess we are wrong. It has been reported that reality star, Evelyn Lozada‘s (of Basketball Wives Miami) finances are in question. Specifically, her finances in connection with her ex-fiance, NBA baller, Antoine Walker. Antoine, who used to rake in tons of money, is now in serious debt. During his NBA career, he brought in over $100 million (via NBA, endorsements, deals, etc.), but eventually spent all of it.

Last year, Antoine filed for bankruptcy and allegedly, when his finances were going awry, gave Evelyn $560,000. So what’s the big freakin’ deal? TMZ reports that Antoine gave her the money because he knew that he was about to file bankruptcy and it was a way to hide some of his funds. A trustee claims that by giving Evelyn this money, he was attempting “to hide money from legitimate creditors.” The trustee is suing Evelyn for the money. Also, the trustee claims that Evelyn used the money to open her shoe boutique, Dulce. Both Evelyn and Antoine dispute this claim. Stay tuned!
