A few days ago, we posted a photo of Willow Smith, channeling her inner Nicki Minaj. And over the weekend, the 11-year-old singer was spotted in public, rockin’ her Minaj wig, while she shopped with her brother, Jaden, on Rodeo Drive. What do we think of Willow’s wig? I mean hell, a girl should be able to express herself at age 11, right?
