[EXCLUSIVE] NBA Player Richard Jefferson Says Ex Manager Stole $500K, Forged Loan Docs

theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned, NBA star Richard Jefferson is in a heated battle with his former business manager. The 34-year-old small forward says his former business manager defrauded him out of $500K, by forging his signature to obtain a loan. Now he has filed suit against his former partner.

Jefferson was sued by Western Alliance Bank earlier this year in federal court. They claim he took out a $500K loan and refused to pay it back. Jefferson denied that he owed them anything and he disputed that the signature on the documents was his. He stated that it was not enforceable because he didn’t take out the money nor was he aware of the loan.
