Vincent Herbert Arrested On Christmas, Ordered by Judge to Stay Away From Tamar Braxton

Vincent Herbert spent a bit of quality time behind bars on Christmas Day. The 45-year-old estranged husband of Tamar Braxton was arrested in Los Angeles County on Christmas night and charged with a misdemeanor. He had a bail amount set at $20,000 and was released on the same day. See the documentation below.

We’re told that Tamar has a protection order against Vince and him allegedly contacting her (despite a judge’s order) is highly likely why he was arrested.

Tamar’s mother, Evelyn Braxton, alleged that Vincent was physically abusive and that she’s witnessed it. See the clip below.

Vince’s camp adamantly denies this.

As previously reported, Tamar claims that Vince, whom she is currently divorcing, has gotten another woman pregnant. Vince’s camp has yet to comment.
