Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’s Tommie Lee Arrested For Allegedly Shoving Her Child’s Head Into A School Locker
Tommie Lee of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta was arrested in Atlanta onTuesday after she allegedly shoved her child’s head into a middle school locker.
Tommie has two adolescent daughters. Her eldest, Samaria, is 14 years old and was born while Tommie was incarcerated. Her youngest daughter, Havalli, is 11 years old.
The alleged incident occurred at Griffin Middle School. According to the arrest report, the child suffered an injury to their upper lip following the alleged assault. Tommie was arrested by the Smyrna Police Department and charged with felony first-degree cruelty to children, felony aggravated assault, disruption of public schools and three counts of simple battery. The reality star was released Wednesday on a $27,000 bond.
This is not Tommie’s first run-in with the law, however. Back in September, she was arrested for driving without a valid license. She’s also had past arrests that involve battery and theft.
