Future’s alleged baby mama, dancer Joie Chavis is about ready to pop! The mother to rapper Shad “Bow Wow” Moss’ seven-year-old daughter, Shai Moss, recently revealed a beautiful pregnancy photoshoot flaunting her baby bump. She posted this photo for her Instagram followers:
