(Updated) Halle Berry & Baby Daddy Beef Over Custody + Halle Releases Statement

Uh.Oh. The situation between actress Halle Berry and her baby daddy, French-Canadian supermodel, Gabriel Aubry, seems to have gotten worse. The two dated from 2005–2010 and have a three year-old daughter together, Nahla Ariela Aubry. Allegedly, Aubry has issue with Nahla’s hectic travel schedule (of course, she travels with her mother, Halle). Allegedly, his complaints surround the fact that when Halle and Nahla travel, it interferes with his time with his daughter.

On Monday, Halle released a statement saying “serious concerns for her daughter’s well-being while in the care of her father for any extended period of time and is prepared to take all necessary steps to protect her.” Sources say the couple have never gone to court to establish custody and visitation rights.
