Evelyn & Ochocinco Discuss Their Wedding Timetable, Explain Family First

Reality couple, Evelyn Lozada (of Basketball Wives) and her fiance, Chad Ochocinco, don’t seem to be too concerned with rushing down the aisle. The couple, who by the way are rumored to be in talks about landing their very own reality show, want to focus their energy on spending time with their children, then planning a simple wedding. Lozada told People magazine, “He has four kids. I have one. We want to be engaged for at least a year and enjoy our time with our children, and then we’re going to plan our wedding.” Ochocinco chimed in using some of grandmother’s golden wisdom, “”My grandma says, ‘Always marry your best friend, because your best friend will be able to tell you anything and not hide nothing.’ That’s one of the things I really like, which is one of the reasons why she’s wearing that ring.” The two, who have been engaged for four months, told the publication that they are planning a simple wedding ceremony. Cute!
