Ray J hit a radio show this week to clear up the rumors that he and Victor Ortiz recorded some music together. According to the rumor, Ray J sang while Victor rapped. According to Ray J,
“I ain’t never even heard it. That’s my dude, but we ain’t never recorded no songs together. I do songs every day. What they do with the songs, sometimes you don’t have no control over.”
Ray J is actually good friends with Floyd Mayweather AND Victor Ortiz. He explained:
“Ortiz my boy, but I introduced them together. I introduced them before they even fought. But as far as music, I ain’t been in the studio with Vic. I ain’t even know he was rapping! He’s a great fighter, but I didn’t know he was in the studio.”
When the DJ brought up the subject of Ray J and Fabolous‘ highly publicized “fight”, Ray J said:
“You gotta grow from that. That was me letting my frustrations take over. Whatever situations happened behind closed doors, we should have left it at that. So, as a man, I’m accepting my responsibilities on that end and growing from it.”
According to Ray J, both he and Fabolous are too busy to hold a grudge because they are so busy with work,
“We’re both back to work. We’re both moving on from it. [I’m] back to work on the music. We’ve got a new show coming.”
Ray J said to expect a book, a new TV show and an EP at the top of 2012.
