Big Boi Avoids Jail Time for Having Viagra on “The Love Boat”

Back in August, Big Boi was arrested while getting off of a cruise called “The Love Boat,” in Big Boi’s words. He was allegedly carrying Viagra, Ecstasy Pills and MDMA powder in his luggage. He was arrested on the spot and charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Yesterday he appeared in court, where prosecutors came to a deal. He will have to surrender to random drug testing, community service and a $2k donation to charities. If he can stay clean for a period of 3 months, than all charges will be dropped. Source
