American Express Wants Nelly To Pay His Debt + “Country A** N*gga”

The American Express credit card company has another celebrity legal case, this time against rapper Nelly (real name Cornell Iral Haynes Jr.). American Express claims that he spent $20,403.64 on his AMEX credit card that he never paid back. Now the company is suing him for that amount plus $3,000 for attorney fees. But, according to reports, he refuses to pay. The suit was filed in Missouri, in October. The first hearing is scheduled for January 9th. And in non-credit-card-debt news, Nelly recently dropped his, “Country A** N*gga” video, featuring T.I. and 2 Chainz.
