Jennifer Hudson Hints At Wedding Dress, “I designed it myself.”

Jennifer Hudson and her long time fiance, David Otunga, have finally set a date for their long anticipated wedding.  Hudson told NBC’s Dateline host, Lester Holt, that she and her fiance have made a date but aren’t sharing that information.  Hudson and Otunga‘s wedding plans have been on hold since the 2008 murder of her mother, brother, and nephew.

In the Dateline interview scheduled to air on NBC on January 8 at 8 PM EST, Hudson told Lester Holt,

“Oh, we’ve set the date. We’re just not telling. … no, not telling. Some things you keep to yourself. (but) I could tell you about my dress if you want to hear about the dress… It’s a show. It has three pieces to it. I designed it myself. It has a coat for the entrance and then when I get ready to walk, you take that part off. And then it’s another dress. And then by the time I get to the alter, it’s a whole new dress.”
