From the looks of this clip, Uncle Luke, who is running for mayor of Miami-Dade County, got into a somewhat heated exchange during a public debate. The debate took place at the New Birth Baptist Church in Miami. Luke got into with fellow candidate Wilbur “Short Stop” Bell. Pee the footage.
