Vivica Fox Covers Denim + Confirms : “I Want To Play Whitney Houston”

Actress Vivica Fox is covering the current issue of Denim Magazine, addressing rumors that she may be playing the late Whitney Houston in a biopic film.
“Just like everyone else, I’ve been hearing the buzz. It’s unfortunate that one of the greatest female entertainers that I’ve ever met and known personally-passed away. But, the thing is that, I’ve always wanted to do her story. I’ve been saying that for years. When someone would ask, ‘If there is a dream role you would want to portray, and what would it be,’ I say. I would love to do the Whitney Houston story. I think that she’s amazing and one of the first female artist to sell over 100 million albums. International star full of grace. I would be honored.

[Editor’s note: a few weeks ago, I was on the same flight as Fox and who I assumed was her assistant, flying from LAX to DC. She had on a track-suit, no make-up and was sorta loud and jovial (like funny). She even kept her head scarf on after landing. Anywho, I would love to see her play Houston.]
