Brandy Brings Chardonnay Back for Another Season of BET’s “The Game”
Guess who’s returning to BET? R&B singer Brandy is coming to refill our cup of Chardonnay by returning for the sixth season of BET’s hit series The Game. Brandy’s character, Chardonnay, is a bartender that became ex-football star Jason Pitts’ (Coby Bell) new wife after a drunken night. Her character was introduced in the beginning of the fifth season and became one of the more favorite characters of the show. Do you think that Tia Mowry and Pooch Hall leaving the show maybe Chardonnay and Jason will become the new Melanie and Derwin of the show?

Not sure how The Game will continue without Melanie and Derwin. They were the two main characters on the show; it revolved around them and their friends/teammates (i.e Jason, Malik, Tasha, etc). It’ll be interesting to see the direction the show takes without them.
YES!!!! I am so happy for Brandy! And I’m actually over Derwin and Melonie. There storyline was lacking in the last season. *This is the first I’m reading about The Game returning for another season!!!
I like Brandy and I’m happy for her, but I don’t see how the show is going to be any good without Melanie and Derwin.
I always thought Tasha was the highlight of the show anyway, and Chardonay is an interesting charater, excited to see what happens.
I like the show in all but only character that needed to go was Jenna.That would’ve gave Melanie and Derwin more money.Tasha is one of the best character she been at this for a while she is a great actress.
Melanie and Derwin are dull. Maybe a new direction and fresh characters will help this show regain some momentum.
