The Devil Wears Prada, Sequel in the Works

Former assistant for VOGUE turned best selling author Lauren Weisberger has announced that her famous novel “The Devil Wears Prada” has a sequel in the works.
Reports have it that ten years after the first book was released the sequel titled “Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns” is presumed to be released in April 2013. “The Devil Wears Prada,” released in 2006, follows the life of Andrea “Andy” Sachs (played by Anne Hathaway) as she attempted to climb the corporate ladder at Runway fashion magazine while working for Miranda Preistly (played by Meryl Streep). Throughout the film, Andy goes through many changes from developing her sense of style, managing work and play and finding herself in the process. She even manages to earn a promotion as Miranda’s right hand woman.

“Revenge Wears Prada: The Devil Returns” takes places eight years after Andy makes the decision to quit Runway. Andy is now editing a new magazine, The Plunge, along with former frenemy and co-worker, Emily. She’s no longer seeing Nate and is now apparently engaged to a “social media scion” by the name of Max. And if that isn’t enough, she somehow winds back up Miranda Priestly’s path again. Will you go to theaters to see the sequel?
