In anticipation of her upcoming 32nd birthday, Kanye West has whisked Kim Kardashian off to Rome for a romantic celebration. They were spotted dining at a restaurant called ‘Il Bolognese’ in the H’Errys Nar in Via Veneto. In between dinner & cup cakin’, Kim tweeted:
