[Photos] Howard University Snags Angela And Vanessa Simmons + Other Heavy Hitters for “Dream Day”

Howard University kicked off their homecoming with “Dream Day”, an inspirational day of panels and seminars created by the Young Dreamers Movement, Inc (The YDM). The event featured panels and seminars with celebrities and industry experts who, like the title, all followed their dreams. The day included appearances by Elton Anderson (Celebrity Photographer), Angela and Vanessa Simmons (Founders of Pastry), Issa Rae (“Awkward Black Girl), Necole Kane (NecoleBitchie) celebrity fashion stylist Toye Adedipe, Jamie Foster Brown (Sister 2 Sister Magazine), Datwon Thomas (Vibe Magazine), Amir Windom (Music Executive), Derek “LA’ Jackson (The Glu Agency), Ericka Dotson (Indique Hair) and Aleta Anderson (Executive Producer of Miss Black America Pageant).
