Lil Scrappy (real name Darryl Kevin Richardson II) loves him some President Obama…so much so that the 28-year-old rapper/reality star debuted a new tattoo of America’s first African American president. The tattoo, which is located on Scrappy’s stomach, features Obama’s face, on a $100 dollar bill.

Look I like Obama, but to get tattooed by that hack artist that ripped off over 600+ people in Colorado by selling Living Social and Groupon deals just to get rich is a joke. Only a completely naive person would get tattooed by this wannabe tattoo artist James AKA Tattoo Ortiz.
