[Photos] NeNe Leakes Unveils Her Wedding Gown + Details On Her $1.8 Million Dollar Ceremony
The second time around, Greg and NeNe Leakes did it big–VERY big. As previously reported, the two officially tied the knot over the weekend, with a 400 + guest list.
Today, Life & Style shared more exclusive details about her big day. Here’s more scoop: No expense was spared. Greg presented his bride with a 10-carat diamond band to go along with her 15.2-carat engagement ring. NeNe beamed:
I feel amazing. Both of us want this, so it will definitely work this time. I know exactly what I’m getting myself into. It was more romantic this time than the first. Gregg and I are real adults, so it was better.
And guess how much was spent on the bash? A whopping $1.8 million. NeNe, who wore a $50,000 Baracci dress during the ceremony, says she spent two months carefully coordinating her nuptials with event planner Tony Conway. She wore a $20,000 Pnina Tornai dress change for the reception and nine bridesmaids dressed in white Gabriella Arango gowns.
I came up with the idea of having an Old Hollywood theme because I thought it would be completely fabulous and everyone would be able to have fun with it. I just did it my way!
Complete with a custom 10-tier cake filled with vanilla cream, guests sampled soul food like homemade biscuits, mac ’n’ cheese, shrimp and grits, and fried chicken. The nuptials will air in NeNe’s wedding spin-off called I Dream of NeNe: The Wedding on Bravo this fall.

Ok I get wanting to do it big ,but 1.8 million she betta make her cash last those sitcoms dont last forever. Hope she paying her taxes.
@ The Mrs – I agree! I bet she didn’t pay for it. She probably cut some kind of deal with the network for them to pay for some of it since they are broadcasting it on TV. I do feel also that NeNe went over board with this wedding. I am just not a NeNe fan anymore. I think that she has let money go to her head. Hope it works out for her this time. I also heard she made Greg sign a prenup and that sounds like her but if I can remember Greg was the one working at first and NeNe wasnt doing anything….ooohhh how we forget.
I’m def not one to hate…congrats to her! Why do I have the feeling she went way overboard with this wedding tho?
