Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson Says He Takes Pride In Taking Care of His Woman + Tracy Morgan Welcomes Baby Girl
‘Fast and Furious’ star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson covers Essence’s August ‘Baddest Brothers of 2013’ issue. In the mag, the 41-year-old talks romantic relationships and says he’ll pull out all stops to satisfy a woman and takes pride in doing so. Peep a few excerpts.
Maintaining a healthy romantic relationship:
When I say I’m going to take care of a woman, I don’t just mean physically or sexually or romantically,“I’m going to take care of her emotionally and spiritually. I’m going to take care of her in all ways. I take a lot of pride in that today…I want to be a man who is truthful and who won’t let pride get in the way of me ripping myself open to my partner and saying, ‘Here I am. This is me,’ I feel there’s something powerful when a man reaches a point in his life when he can be completely vulnerable.”
Co-Parenting Since His Divorce:
Since our divorce, we’ve become pretty good at working together, and we are also raising our beautiful 11-year-old daughter, Simone.”
The issue also features Idris Elba, Boris Kodjoe, Lance Gross and Michael Ealy and will hit newsstands July 8. And in baby news…
