Especially when they’re walking besides the like of Kim Kardashian. For the past few weeks or so, folk have been a bit puzzled by a new, blossoming friendship between Kardashian and Blac Chyna, the girlfriend and baby mama of rapper Tyga. Over the weekend, photogs caught Kim and Kanye West, double dating with Tyga and Blac Chyna. The four dined at Los Angeles’ Hakkasan, one of LA’s popular ‘go to’ restaurants for celebs that are interested in being seen. This week, Kim and Chyna stepped out in public, hitting up Stanley’s restaurant in Sherman Oaks.

And the question everyone is asking is how did these two chicas, who have different backgrounds (Kim making a mark for herself on reality TV and Chyna starting off as popular Miami exotic dancer), end up in the same social circle? From what we’re told, the answer is simple–their significant others. Both Tyga and Ye have been collaborating in the studio, and with their girlfriends having adorable infant children, the two women instantly connected. And contrary to what some of us think, they have more in common then not. Anywho, if they like it, we love it, right?
