Malinda Williams Says ‘Exhale’ Proves Black Women Don’t Have to Be Combative and Argumentative On Television
Malinda Williams: I would never say what anybody deserves – that is not my place. God decides who gets what as far as I’m concerned. Nobody’s going to take anything away from me so I’m not concerned about what other people get.

Malinda Williams: Well, I will say this – I was acting. But no, when I cry-act – when I cry in my work, it’s always real; it’s always from a real place.
