2014 ABC Disney Winter TCA Press Tour

ABC is pursuing a split-season schedule for Scandal premiered its third season on October 3, with a winter hiatus through the holidays, along with the 2014 Winter Olympics. The series is scheduled to kick off season 4, with a spring premiere February 27.
