[New Music] Nelly Releases Track About Mayweather Love Triangle Drama, ‘Thanks To My Ex’

Art imitates life for for most artists. And such is the case for rapper Nelly. As previously reported, there’s been a very public and messy disagreement going down between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and his ex-fiancee, Miss Shantel Jackson. Shantel is now dating rapper Nelly. Just days after Mayweather did an interview with radio personality Big Tigger airing out the couple’s dirty laundry, Nelly has responded with new music. Titled, ‘Thanks To My Ex‘, some suggest it’s an actual diss record to Mayweather. On the slow track, the Country Grammar rapper sings:
