[UPDATE] Ray J Arrested! Singer Allegedly Batters Police, Spits On Officer & Kicks Out Window

unit. Police say that he also spat in an officer’s face. Ray J will be booked for tresspassing, private person’s arrest, vandalism on a police car, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. Battery is for allegedly spitting. His bail was set at $20,000.

Early Saturday morning (3 a.m. PST), Ray J’s girlfriend Princess Love picked him up. Ray J’s assistant was also present.  He seemed to be in good spirits, smiling and laughing as he exited the station.

Ray J nor his family have yet to comment.

Princess Love posted the following Instagram message and caption, early Saturday morning, a few hours before the incident:

According to E!, officers responded to a sexual battery complaint at the hotel where it was alleged that Ray J grabbed a female’s butt. It was later determined that no sexual battery had occurred and the “contact was incidental.”

Saturday afternoon, Ray J returned to social media. He didn’t comment on the incident, but promoted his new Knockout Entertainment venture. He posted the photo below.
