[EXCLUSIVE] Mc Hammer’s Feud With IRS Heats Up, Uncle Sam Demands $798k
However, Hammer failed to pay his federal taxes WHILE the bankruptcy case was going on for the years 1996 and 1997 which totaled the nearly 800k in debt. They claim the bankruptcy court ordered the 1.5 mill be discharged but there was NO mention of the 1996 and 1997 taxes, which is why they sued.
They claim the previous court shot down Hammer’s attempt to accuse them of misconduct for taking so long to collect on the money. FURTHER, they claim Hammer was well aware of what he owed and his attempt to argue that they didn’t file claims in his bankruptcy are absurd and the last judge dismissed his defense as well.
They are asking that Hammer be shot down once again and the judgement of $798,033.48 against him stay as is. Read the EXCLUSIVE Court Documents.
