Rapper Joe Budden Threatens to Sue the S**t Out of the New York Police Department

Police say the “Love & Hip Hop” star snatched the phone and twisted his ex-girlfriend’s arm during a dispute in his car early Monday in Manhattan.

Previously, TMZ released photos of the alleged victims bruises, recounting an incident that alleges that Budden slammed her head into the dashboard (click here for the back story). Meanwhile, Budden maintains his innocence.

On Monday, (August 25) Budden’s lawyer issued a formal statement,

Mr. Budden looks forward to an opportunity to responsibly deal with and address the allegations against him so he may establish the actual facts of the night in question. Mr. Budden has fully cooperated with the investigation. Mr. Budden asks for patience as the evidence and facts unfold to demonstrate the truth of his involvement and the real events that transpired on the night in question.
