[EXCLUSIVE] A$AP Rocky Denies Slapping Woman At Concert: She’s Lying!
She filed suit for at least 75k in damages. The woman filed a private criminal complaint but withdrew it after she couldn’t locate A$AP to serve him with the complaint.
This week, A$AP then fired back to the legal, explaining he never touched the woman and that he did not turn around “or made any conscious effort to strike Plaintiff“. He adds that he, “did not intentionally assault Plaintiff or otherwise act in a manner to cause her injuries”.
He says that the woman is not telling the truth and says that at the concert he was “attempting to move through the crowd after completing his set to observe the performance of another performer” and that “a group of people aggressively moved towards” him when he was walking. He says that they weren’t his entourage so the woman can’t blame him for anything that was done to her.
In short, A$AP is requesting that the entire legal battle be dismissed and the woman awarded nothing. See the EXCLUSIVE Court Docs. We’ve reached out to A$AP — so far, no comment.
Sidebar: In 2013, footage surfaced of what appeared to A$AP lightly slapping a female fan, during a concert, separate from the incident in Philadelphia. Check out the footage.
