Raven-Symoné & Stacey Dash Defend Bill Cosby: I was NOT taken advantage of!

I was NOT taking advantage of by Mr. Cosby when I was on the Cosby Show! I was practically a baby on that show and this is truly a disgusting rumor that I want no part of! Everyone on that show treated me with nothing but kindness. Now keep me out of this!

So what’s the latest with the Cosby controversy? On Wednesday (November 19th), NBC scrapped his upcoming comedy that was under development and TV Land will stop airing reruns of “The Cosby Show”. NBC spokeswoman Rebecca Marks said the Cosby sitcom “is no longer under development.” A TV Land representative said the reruns will stop airing immediately for an indefinite time. “The Cosby Show” also was to have been part of a Thanksgiving sitcom marathon.

Cosby’s attorney Marty Singer issued a statement calling Janice Dickinson’s allegation “a complete lie.” As previously reported, Dickinson told Entertainment Tonight that she wrote about the alleged incident in her 2002 autobiography. Cosby’s attorney says:

You can confirm with HarperCollins that she never claimed that Mr. Cosby raped her, that no attorney representing Bill Cosby tried to kill the story (since there was no such story) and no one tried to prevent anything she wanted to say about Bill Cosby in her book.
