(EXCLUSIVE) D’Angelo Pays Massive Tax Debt!
According to docs filed on December 12th — days before his surprise release of his new album – the IRS filed a federal tax lien release stating D’Angelo handed over $32,348.70 for unpaid taxes for the years 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007.
The singer also paid off another lien earlier this year in the amount of $130,137.09 for debt he owed for the year 2002.
The federal government reportedly released both liens stating D’Angelo had paid them in full and they no longer are coming after his property and assets to collect on the $162,485.79 he owed them. See the exclusive court docs.
