(UPDATE) Suge Knight Officially Charged With Murder & Attempted murder

Possible flight risk, three-strike candidate, possible witness intimidation issues and his criminal past.

As previously reported, Knight was arrested Jan. 29 after allegedly running over two men in Compton. The incident took place, following an argument on the set of the N.W.A biopic “Straight Outta Compton.” Terry Carter, 55, who was said to be Knight’s friend, was killed in the incident. Cle “Bone” Sloan, 51, was reportedly injured. Knight’s attorney has maintained that he was fleeing from attackers and ran over the men accidentally. Knight is due to make his first court appearance Tuesday, Blatt said. [LA Times]

According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney, Knight has been charged with murder and attempted murder. In short, he was charged with attempted premeditated murder, hit and run resulting in death, and hit and run resulting in injury . [TMZ]
