News co-host, actor, and philanthropist Terrence J joined radio host, actress and philanthropist Staci Harris at her foundations “Hollywood Meets The BGC” event. Zero Compromise Foundation is dedicated to the betterment and empowerment of minority girls in pursuit of the entertainment industry with ZERO COMPROMISE.
Terrence J and Staci Harris did an Inside the Actors Studio style setting while interacting with the young girls on all facets of the entertainment industry. Topics from being a minority in the industry that still lacks diversity at times, to education and respect for themselves as young women were discussed. “Respect yourselves as young women” Terrence J passionately said, “and the men will have no choice but to respect you.” Staci Harris touched more on having longevity in the entertainment industry vs 15 min which seems to be the fad with reality TV, Instagram and social media. “Do you want to have a career like Kerry Washington or like a reality Tv star that will fade with the next fad?” Staci said.
