Cosmopolitan magazine is being blasted, after posting their suggestions for their 2015 Beauty Trend. Today, the popular beauty pub shared a article (originally dated for January 2015) listing 21 Beauty Trends That Need to Die in 2015.
So what’s the big deal? Some suggest that beauty trends that they feel are out of style (and should be buried this year), happened to feature models/celebs that are of color.

No coincidence. That magazine has never had information relating to minorities. I only USED to read articles. Won’t do that now.
I would need to read the whole article to decide and I’m not picking up a cosmo so I don’t care.
And this why it was important that our First Lady a black woman attended BlackGirlsRock!!! If we don’t uplift ourselves these magazines will be sure that they down your every chance they get. Black Girls do rock and our style is different. They cant accept that but always imitate it.
While I see that each woman had a paticular eye make up,hair coloring and lip stick style.In light of the racial tension that exist during this time it was insensitive and rude to use the black and white comparisons.
