Kandi Burruss, Tiny Harris Slam Former Xscape Members, Criticize Unsung + See the Episode! [VIDEO]
Members of the legendary 90’s group Xscape (which consisted of members LaTocha and Tamika Scott, Kandi Burruss, Tameka “Tiny” Cottle, and Tamera Coggins, though Tamera departed the group before their debut album was released) had mixed reactions, when it came to how their story was told last night on TV One. The network aired their popular series, Unsung, telling the story of how the group’s rise to fame began and ended.
As expected, the members had different points of view about editing and what was accurate and inaccurate. If you’ve followed the group, you’re quite aware that to date, there are still issues brewing between Kandi and sisters Tameka and LaTocha.

Yes,Yes! I agree with Kandi. And Im no Kandi fan. They didnt give her the acknowledgements that they shouldve. They didnt give Tiny her just do either. They made it as if all of them left the group and ended up succesful.Tosha and her sister havent accomplished nothing.I was alittle disappointed in that Unsung.
I was disappointed in the episode as well. I walked away feeling like…where’s the story? After watching episodes on other artists, I’ve walked away feeling like I knew their story, but not here. It’s funny both sides felt they were being blamed and painting the other party as the bad guys, but I felt it was pretty neutral and empty.
