(EXCLUSIVE) Miami Heat Star Udonis Haslem Sued For Disfigurement In Car Accident
She says the injuries are permanent and it will continue to cause her financial loss in the future. Further, her car was damaged in the crash and she had to endure not having transportation while it was being fixed/replaced. The woman sued for in excess of $15K for the crash.
Haslem fired back at the legal battle saying the crash was not caused by his wife and actually the result of unforeseeable acts that Faith did not cause.
Further, the NBA star said that the woman failed to wear her seat belt while driving. He said that she is not entitled to damages because she has no proof of her bills or injuries.
The Miami Heat star then filed docs recently demanding the woman hand over all medical bills, tax returns, all documents showing hospital visits and treatments and all other documents/photos relating to the accident.
The lawsuit is still pending in Broward County, FL and the judge has yet to make a decision on if Haslem has to pay up.
