Birdman Denies Involvement in Lil Wayne’s Bus Shooting: I didn’t do anything!
The site reports that the call came from someone in Wayne’s camp who was pissed, and anxious to tell Birdman what went down shortly before the shooting — that Jimmy Carlton Winfrey (who has been accused of shooting up the bus) had been kicked out of a club for harassing Wayne. [Winfrey was eventually arrested and charged with the shooting.]
Reportedly, sources say Birdman assured Wayne he was not involved in any way and will assist in helping figure out who was behind it.
Apparently, the phones being registered to Birdman is not surprising, because they’re company phones and everyone using them is associated with Cash Money or Young Money. P.S. Do you believe that Birdman was or wasn’t involved?
