Drake Writes Open Letter About OVO Shooting: I pray for better times.
Drake has broken his silence, addressing the unfortunate violence that took place during an OVO Fest after-party at, Muzik Nighclub. In short, two people were killed at the club, Ariela Navarro-Fenoy and Duvel HIbbert, with reports indicating that they were innocent bystanders. While the sad incident didn’t take place at OVO, the rapper felt the need to write an open letter on his web site. Read his own words below.
