For those confused with this entire situation, here’s the backstory. After the nominations were announced, Minaj vocally criticized MTV because ‘Anaconda’ failed to make the Video of the Year category. In a recent interview with the New York Times, Miley responded to Minaj’s comments, stating:

And it’s not anger like, “Guys, I’m frustrated about some things that are a bigger issue.” You made it about you. Not to sound like a bitch, but that’s like, “Eh, I didn’t get my V.M.A.”
