(EXCLUSIVE) 50 Cent Calls BS On Woman’s $10 Million Dollar Assault Lawsuit
She accuses the rapper’s assault of causing her to fall along with the bar not keeping their sidewalk safe for patrons. The incident caused her to seek medical treatment and have major medical surgery of artificial placements to her right knee. Further, she says she has suffered $120k in medical bills and the loss of ability to enjoy her life. She filed suit demanding over $10 million dollars in damages from 50 and the bar.
50 Cent has responded, stating that every single allegation in the woman’s complaint is a complete fabrication stemming from the woman’s imagination. He claims he wasn’t in Philly on the date she lists in her lawsuit. Further, he says he never got served by her with the legal paperwork and she is lying to the state court and trying to get a $10 million dollar default judgement against him.
The judge has yet to make a decision on the rapper’s motion.
