(EXCLUSIVE) Reality Star Porsha Williams Pays Off Judgement She Was Hit w/ Over 10 Years Ago
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams can finally breathe a little easier — having paid off a 10k debt that has been haunting her for over a decade and the lien she was slapped with has been cancelled due to her finally paying up.
The reality star was sued by Ford Motor Company back in 2004 in a Georgia court for failing to pay her monthly bills. Porsha failed to address the lawsuit and never responded to the case in court and was hit with a default judgement in the amount of $7,974.
Ford Motor Company had been attempting to collect on their judgement for over a decade. They even filed a Writ of Fieri Facias against Porsha in Georgia, which is essentially a lien against all her assets and property.
