(EXCLUSIVE) Ex NBA Star Michael Beasley Wants Rape Lawsuit Dismissed, Says Sex Was Consensual
The woman says that once she arrived, Beasley and his friend terrorized her and
restrained, fondled, grabbed and groped, stripped her clothing from her, repeatedly choked her into unconsciousness, and repeatedly sexually assaulted and raped her.
She explained in her lawsuit that she suffered physical injuries to her genitals and anus and she filed the legal battle demanding $25 million in damages. The local law enforcement investigated the woman’s claims but eventually dismissed the case saying they found no evidence of sexual assault.
Then on September 16th, following months of attempting to get the woman’s lawsuit dismissed on technicalities — Beasley finally responded to the allegations in the complaint.
The NBA star admits that two women came over to the home he was staying at back in 2013. However, he denies all the allegations that he raped, sexually assaulted or falsely imprisoned her at the home in Arizona.
Beasley then states that Manning, “consented to all activities engaged in between” the two of them. He is demanding the entire lawsuit be thrown out and the woman pay for his attorney bills.
