On Friday, Variety held their Power of Women luncheon, presented by Lifetime, in Beverly Hills. This year’s honorees included Oprah Winfrey, along with Salma Hayek Pinault, Anna Kendrick, Gwyneth Paltrow and YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki.

Variety’s biannual event honors women in the entertainment industry who use their public platform to raise awareness and work toward charitable causes. We spotted some of your favs on the red carpet and flicking it up behind-the-scenes of the event.
