Patti LaBelle’s now famous pies continue to sell. And now the legendary singer is giving props to that hilarious viral video that sparked a new found interest in her tasty dessert. As you know, a few weeks ago, an entertaining Instagram video of James Wright Chanel tasting Pattie’s pie exploded on social media. Here’s the full review that James posted:

Since the video, LaBelle’s pies have sold out in stores. And while some credit James with the success of her pie’s, initially LaBelle was said to not give enough acknowledgement for his video.
