During a live New Year’s Eve broadcast, Taraji P. Henson was put on the hot seat, about her love life. As you know, the Empire star was recently spotted vacationing with former NFL’er Kelvin Hayden.

There’s been a tad-bit of drama connected with her new man — with unconfirmed reports that he may still be in a relationship with another woman. [Click here for the backstory]. Anywho, while being interviewed by Wendy Williams, Henson all but side-stepped questions about her new rumored man. When asked about the man in question, she replied:

I have no idea. Yeah, you can’t believe everything you read. Until you hear it from me, it’s false.

Despite not answering questions about Kelvin, he was actually with her (but not on camera) at the New Year’s Eve special.
