theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Shad Moss (a.k.a. Bow Wow) has headed to court demanding a porn star be ordered to stop harassing him and his family over a $80k default judgement she won back in 2013 — saying she never even served him with the legal documents and is pleading with the judge to vacate the original judgement order the woman to stop coming after his assets.

Back in 2013, adult film star Celine Tran (a.k.a. “Katsuni”) sued the actor/rapper, accusing him of taking clips of her pole dancing and using them in the music video for “Drank in My Cup.” The porn actress claimed Bow Wow never received her permission to use her footage or likeness in the music video.

Bow Wow was hit with a default judgement – due to him never showing up to court – in the amount of $79,346.07 for damages and the porn star’s attorney fees.

Then on January 14th, Bow Wow headed to federal court and demanded the default judgement be vacated along with all collection efforts by Tran.

He explains that the porn star claimed to have served him with the legal documents at an address he didn’t live at back in 2012. He claims he wasn’t even in the country at the time Tran said he was served and the address she listed is where his mother lives NOT him.

Bow Wow says the adult film star has been attempting to collect on her $80k judgement by coming after his company Faze 2 Entertainment in Georgia court. However, he says that she obtained the judgement without properly serving him and thus the judgement should be void.

The actor/rapper accuses Tran of harassing his family and him by trying to depose them over the judgment she won back in 2013. He explains that the porn star continues to threaten him and harass his family regarding the post-judgement proceedings by attempting to have him hand over numerous financial documents.

Bow Wow is demanding the federal court judge throw out the $80k default judgement and order the woman to cease attempting to collect on the money until he can respond to her original lawsuit allegations.
