During her recent appearance on Conan, actress Niecy Nash tells a hilarious story about how her husband, Jay Tucker, almost came to blows at the Emmys. She recalls the awkward situation going down while her husband left her to get a drink at the bar,

These two guys come up and they’re like ‘Hey, we wanna get a picture’ and they start jostling me around … they were so inappropriate and aggressive. And my husband walks up and he goes, ‘Hey, What’s going on?’ And the guy goes, ‘Calm down brotha — we just tryna get a picture.’ He said, ‘I’m not yo damn brotha. That’s my wife. Get your hands off my damn wife.’

She continues,

And I said, ‘Oh my God. If you fight right now, you are definitely getting some when I get home.’ I just like that he was so aggressive and it was two of them and he still was willing to protect me so I felt — yeah, yeah. [laughs]
