Ciara Will Not Get Sole Custody of Son, Baby Future
Ciara has taken a blow in the legal battle that she has with her baby daddy, Future. theJasmineBRAND.com broke the story, the former couple have both hit each other with lawsuits.

However, on Monday, the singer was shot down by the judge. Ciara had requested that she get sole custody of their one-year-old son, Future. However, Future has requested joint custody. Long story short, the judge sided with Future and will not allow Ciara to have sole custody. However, Future did agree to delete tweets of him saying negative things about Ciara. Story developing.

JasmineBrand this is not true. You know that trolls on SM don’t understand the law. Yes, he deleted the tweets. In California, everyone has joint custody (standard) but Ciara has sole physical custody. They just agreed to child support and visitation. the article is wrong
Judge made the right decision for them to begin to put that child first and end the drama. Just because you give birth does not mean you can act like a sperm didn’t impregnate you! Huge win for Future!!
